A COMPETITIVE EDGE

River Valley Juniors is dedicated to giving girls in the New River Valley and beyond with a passion for volleyball a chance to excel and play at the next level. Our staff is made up of motivated coaches with experience both in teaching fundamental skills and helping our youth prepare for the rigors of college athletics. Our teams offer a highly competitive atmosphere and 14-18 year old age group teams travel regularly to compete against high-level national opponents.

As members of USAV, AAU, & the JVA, all of RVJ's coaches are at a minimum USAV IMPACT certified, have completed AAU's Positive Coaching Alliance training (PCA), and the United States Olympic Committee's SafeSport child safety program. Additionally, each coach is cleared through background screening from each of those governing bodies.
